Allied Power Names Amy Orr as Chief Financial Officer
Baton Rouge, LA — May 29, 2026 — Allied Power today announced the appointment of Amy Orr as its new Chief Financial Officer, effective June 1.
Orr brings extensive experience leading private equity-backed industrial and manufacturing businesses through transformation, restructuring, and growth across the paper, refining, logistics, and energy sectors, with expertise in finance, operations, turnaround execution, and mergers and acquisitions.
Most recently, she served as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Crown Paper Group, where she led a significant operational turnaround. Prior to that, she held CEO and CFO roles at AXEON Specialty Products (Crown Point International), supporting the stabilization of a distressed refinery operation.
As Chief Financial Officer, Orr will oversee Allied Power’s enterprise finance functions, including accounting, financial planning and analysis, treasury, tax, risk management, lender relations, and mergers and acquisitions execution. Her leadership will support continued financial discipline, operational efficiency, and strategic investment in capabilities that strengthen service delivery to customers across the nuclear industry.
Orr is based in Denver, Colorado, and will work from Allied Power’s Baton Rouge corporate office.
